ACADEMICS ZETA assigns the classic literature of personal mastery as ninety days of written work. One Lesson each morning, one Practice you write yourself, and a Correction from the Mentor before the next Lesson opens.

The material is not the problem. You already own it. What has been missing is a standard, an order, and somebody expecting your work tomorrow morning.

I — The position

Between another free video and five thousand dollars there was nothing that behaved like a school.

Haanel did not publish The Master Key System as a library of ideas. He shipped it as 24 weekly lessons with one exercise each, by post, and it worked because a student did the exercise and reported back to somebody.

That correspondence is the part the modern versions dropped. We put it back, with the Mentor in the tutor’s chair, so the reply arrives the same morning rather than a fortnight later.

II — The daily order

One morning, four movements, repeated ninety times.

    Under 400 words, in English, French or Spanish, drawn from Hill and Haanel and attributed.

  2. 23–10 min

    You write the Practice

    One written exercise, in your own words. Not taps, not multiple choice. This is the work.

  3. 3Minutes

    The Mentor corrects it

    Not a grade on your prose. A judgement on your application: is the aim definite, is this a plan or a wish.

  4. 4Permanent

    The Ledger thickens

    Every Practice filed under its Key with its Correction, searchable and exportable. Yours.

III — Specimen

A counter of completed days has no opinion. This does.

Here is a specimen of the first Correction, written the way the Mentor writes: quoting the student’s own sentence, naming what is vague in it, and ending on an assignment rather than on praise.

The Mentor

That is a wish. “More” is not a quantity and “next year” is not a date, so nothing in your sentence can be acted on this week.

Written as a definite aim it names a sum, a date, and what you give in return: two hours before work, six days a week, beginning tomorrow. Notice that you do not yet believe that sentence. What refuses it is the paradigm, and Key II examines it directly.

IV — The curriculum

    Daily repetition done correctly, and the discipline of refusing the thought that contradicts the aim.

  4. IV

    Visualization and mental creation

    Days 46–60

    Haanel's exercise of holding one image without wavering, practised until it holds itself.

  5. V

    Decision, organized action, persistence

    Days 61–75

    A written plan, a deadline for each part of it, and the record of what you actually did.

  6. VI

    Mastermind and environment

    Days 76–90

    Who you think with, what you read, and what you will remove from your surroundings.

V — What you keep

The lessons are public domain. The Ledger is not.

Hill and Haanel are free everywhere, and we say so plainly. What this academy hands you is the other half: ninety days of your own writing, every Correction it drew, and the paradigm you identified in week two beside the evidence that you beat it in week nine.

It is set like a transcript, grouped under Keys I to VI, searchable and exportable. It cannot be pirated, and it is worth more to its owner every day it grows.

Day 45 · the Paradigm Letter

At the midpoint the Mentor sends no assignment. It sends one letter that quotes your own words from Day 2 back to you, beside what you wrote last week. Only the evidence.
